I shot the Only in Louisiana Pre-Grammy brunch for Invision/AP and it was quite an event with New Orlean's grubs by chef Cory Bahr, host Kix Brooks and performances by Grammy nominees Cory Ledet, Wayne Toups and Joel Savoy amongst others.

 Nick Waterhouse, Fools Gold and Blood Orange performed Friday night for a packed house at The Satellite at the Converse Rubber Tracks Live pre-grammy party.

i spent saturday exploring downtown and east la's mexican markets with author nancy zaslavsky... photographing the street vendors, bakeries and restaurants for la weekly and tasting some damn good food along the way. gallery up here.

"In an attempt to summon Bill Murray, two USC grad students staged a Bill Murray Appreciation Day bar crawl on Groundhog Day in Silver Lake where party-goers dressed as their favorite characters. Herman Blume, Dr. Peter Venkman and, of course, Phil Connors, were all in attendance."

2013 I hope 2013 finds you happy and healthy. I've just finished shooting season 2 of The X Factor and thought I'd send a recap of some of my other projects from last year. Behind The Scenes with Julia Roberts Lancôme hired me to document their latest ad campaign with Julia Roberts. My BTS photos of the commercial directed by Tarsem Singh (Mirror, Mirror) and filmed over three days in Los Angeles were recently published in Vogue France.  Behind the Scenes with Blake Lively One of my favorite behind the scenes jobs yet was to shoot with Blake Lively and director Nicolas Winding Refn (Drive) for Blake's new Gucci fragrance. You can view some of the photos in Vogue Uk and Elle Magazine, as well as up on my photo blog.  LA Weekly Photography My 4th year shooting for LA Weekly was one of the craziest yet. I had the privilege to shoot Coachella (festival, fashion and parties), Stagecoach, concerts by The XX and Sigur Ros, as well as the usual pool parties, block parties, "holidays" and general LA madness.
